This policy describes how EnRun handles data collected from accounts that use the EnRun dashboard and API.
We process operational telemetry (service names, latency and error metrics, and resource counters) that account holders send to EnRun. We do not collect message contents or personal end-user data from your services.
High-resolution metrics are retained for 30 days, after which they are downsampled or removed. Account holders can request earlier deletion at any time.
Dashboard access is limited to authenticated members of your organization. API tokens are scoped per project.
